Our unique mobile studio makes it simple to capture large volume headshots quickly and conveniently in your office, with studio-quality results that can be reviewed and selected on-site.
On Location sessions
Pre-session help:
-Upon booking, we will send you and your participants a thorough headshot tip sheet that helps answer questions about what to wear, which colours work best, etc.
-We can also help with scheduling your team's session times by allowing them to access an online scheduler to choose a time that works best for them. We also send a friendly reminder the night before.
What we need:
-To set up for headshots in your office we will need a 10'x15' space for our mobile studio. A meeting room or large office usually works fine.
- Access 1hr prior to the first session time-slot will ensure that we are ready to go without delay.
How the headshot sessions play out:
- Typical headshot sessions run 15mins per participant, depending on the number of individuals and time allotted. With years of experience shooting headshots, we fully help coach and direct the posing and expressions to provide the best possible outcome for a modern headshot.
- Participants are able to preview the images as the session progresses and can choose their final images to be retouched onsite immediately. Alternatively, a gallery with all the images can be sent to you.
-Once the final images have been retouched, they are delivered via your personal online gallery where they can be easily shared and downloaded.
PRICING: Pricing is based on volume, and varies greatly depending on numbers. Pricing starts at $1020.00 for up to 4 participants and includes travel/setup, and 1 retouched image per person.
in studio sessions

-Once you reach out, we will coordinate a time for you to visit our studio space. Upon booking, we will send you and your participants a thorough headshot tip sheet that helps answer questions about what to wear, which colours work best, etc. along with instructions to access the studio space. Street parking is available and we are also within a block of transit.
